YES, All vendors and associated staff must be approved by the venue prior to the event, within the timeframe stated in the event agreement and adhere to all certificate of insurance requirements.  Individuals not associated with a vendor must also adhere to all certificate of insurance requirements.  A listing of all vendors and associated staff must be provided to the venue prior to the event, within the timeframe stated in the event agreement.

Yes, you can! Or hire your own catering company. Alcohol is permitted** Please contact us for more info

Yes,  leave our venue worry free! we include cleanup of the space after the event.

Yes, we provide chairs and tables for the FIRST 70 guests.  4 Cocktail / high top tables and 2 tables for food.  If you require more, we have a price list under our Booking Rates page. 

A 50% Non-refundable Booking Deposit and a $500 Damage Deposit Hold (REFUNDABLE AFTER THE EVENT)
